What I don't get about that first pic is - why have it taken with Bendis? He didn't draw it.

Maybe Bagley wasn't there. You can see Bendis looking at a different camera and the arm of the other photographer, so maybe the guy just ripped off his shirt next to Bendis while Bagley wasn't around--Bendis can't control that.
