Yes, the 2007 Titan comics run. #1-8 were in-continuity for the most part, even tying in with IDW's continuity, but #9-25 follow a timeline where the Decepticons win the Mission City battle.

There's not too much stuff set between 2007 and Revenge of the Fallen, so Titans' content could fit there probably.

Welp, The Reign of Starscream makes it far messier considering Barricade is still alive and located where he was defeated in the film. I guess he got deadly ill between page 20 and 21, lol.
