I assume Johnny tags along with Bobby after Peter croaks. So that would mean that Liz is as good as dead. Can't have two people with the same powerset on the team.

But more importantly, Gwen and May will finally have the house for themselves! My erotic fanfiction will finally become canon!

Spencer talks about people trying to take over peoples roles, e.g. someone taking over Prof X's role. What if the new Prof X is Aunt May. This could be a nice twist if Peter does actually die. But yea, after Peter dies, she realises tries to do something better with her life. She realises she has a home full of troubled kids and soon creates the new X school in the old x-mens name. This would explain Kitty, Bobby and Johnny. COuld be interesting.

They probably meant Storm, not Johnny Storm.

Keep in mind, in the Ultimate Universe, Mutants are a strain of mutations that happened from genetic experiments. They are essentially non-Military superhumans, running around unregistered. Johnny Storm isn't much different, having shaken his ties to SHIELD and the FF.

Also: Handling Mutants this way (abnormalities rather than an evolutionary step), means that for the first time in ages, it actually kinda makes sense for the Government to create Sentinels to hunt down and neutralize these small, militaristic, adversarial groups of emotionally unbalanced teenagers who could not be stopped by any typical Police force.

Also: When I first read Morning Glories I told one of my friends that this was the guy they should get to restart Ultimate X-Men. I'm glad he's going to get the chance. Just let Jean Grey go by her real name, for the love of god. She -is- a Telepath. She can make people forget her if she needs to.

I read this. It was pretty good.

I actually like the explanation for why Human Torch is with the X-Men. Since everyone knows that mutants are manmade, what's to stop the government from turning on people like him?

I downloaded the issue on my iPhone and read it, pretty good. Kind of heavy on the exposition, but since its a first issue and setting up a vastly different world from both the 616 and pre-Ultimatum Ultimate universe, its forgivable.

Nothing specific has me excited, though I am looking forward to seeing where this book goes. I like how it feels like its heading towards the Days of Future Past.

Also interested to see how Kitty becomes the most wanted terrorist in the world.

Next the Ultimate X-Men have their own title again, what characters and plot lines would you like to see appear in the future? Should the characters killed in Ultimatum return or should they stay dead?

After watching X-Men First Class, I think its a bit of shame that Sebastian Shaw got killed off so quickly in the UXM title. William Stryker is still out there and they could reintroduce some of the 616 X-Men who have appeared after 2000 in the UXM.
 
That's it! I want Peter Parker back. If they're going to bring back anymore dead characters. It needs to be him. Now

is back. Please, Please Marvel. Bring back Peter Parker. Make him like the new Mister Fantastic or Mr. Web (male version of Madam Web).
