The fight between cyclops and wolverine in the hellfire and brimstone. That look on cyclops face when wolverine kicked him between the legs was priceless.

1) The fight (I think it was the first one between the 2) in USM between spidey and doc ock where spidey kicks his a** in front of a crew of reporters. That fight scene was one of the best I have ever seen in comics. When spidey rips off docs arms and then sits down on ock and pulls up his mask and spits while he is catching his breath. AWESOME!!!!! That whole arc was great!

2) doc dooms goat legs and poison gas breath.

3) USM - when Pete doesn't want to be spidey anymore and he sees the woman getting mugged and he helps her. That scene totally encapsulates the character of Peter Parker.

4) All of ultimates (1 & 2), the first arc of UXM and the first 2 arcs of UFF.
