Whats the coolest, most epic conclusion possible for the first Spider-man trilogy?

Re: Whats the coolest, most epic conclusion possible for the first Spider-man trilogy

I would prefer to see Venom set up for number 4, where he can have a film to himself, as opposed to sharing it with Harry (who deserves a lot of attention) and a second stringer like Sandman. But if they are all in one film, maybe something like this...

Flint Marko as a normal human first, (maybe on a crime spree?)
Harry already is the goblin (show a flashback to the last few minutes of 2, and have him taking the serum there)
Intro Eddie Brock, as a reporter hired by Jameson to find out Spidey's ID.
Peter, while trying to stop Marko, gets ambushed by Harry, allowing Marko to escape (and end up in postion for the inevitable accident that makes him the Sandman). harry also escapes.
Later that night, there is news reports of a meteor hitting down on a betch, so Peter goes to find out if there was any injuries or danger. While there the symbiote attaches to his suit.
Maybe Marko is in the same area and radiation or something else from the meteor site give him his powers? <not quite sure about sandmans origins without sounding too corny>
Brock has been following Spiderman leads and ending up in areas where Spidey is fighting, during the last Harry-Peter fight which he watched, he overheard someone say Osborn. Mistakenly assuming Harry was Spiderman, because Harry's hatred of Spiderman was obviously a front to hide the truth, he reports this to Jameson, but embellishing the truth to make it seem more likely. Jameson believes him, prints it, and Harry sues the Bugle. Jameson flips and fires Brock, who starts to build his hatred of spiderman from this, blaming the loss of his job on Spidey.
Peter meanwhile has discovered the symbiote and has been ajusting to the new strength it provides, using it to try and hunt down the 'Sandman' that is on the loose.
Harry teams up with Sandman, but in a big fight, a hosptial is hit by several pumpkin bombs. Peter races in to save the people trapped, ignoring Harry and Marko. Seeing Peter risking his life like this makes Harry realise Peter couldn't have killed his father, not intentionally, and goes in to help as well, when he see's Peter get hit by a falling beam trapping him. Sandman screams abuse at Harry for rescuing Peter, and attacks him, fatalling injuring him. Harry dies in Peter's arms, who, due to the effects of the symbiote, snaps and kills Sandman.
Peter freaks out, and heads to the church, where he sheds the symbiote when he realises that the sound from the bell affected it. Unknown to him he was followed by Brock, who gets infected by the alien, and becomes Venom.
Venom follows Peter home, but doesn't attack yet. Now aware of spidey's ID, Brock does some work, and finds out Peter's closest relatives. Peter is recovering at home when aunt may phones, terrified. He keeps hearing noises outside, and getting phonecalls with just 'animal and inhuman' sounds. He races over to find Venom outside, waiting for him. He recognises the symbiote, and they begin to fight. He draws venom away from the house, but is in serious trouble, as Venom is so much more powerful than him. He begins to run from the monster, trying to think of a way to stop it. Remembering that John Jameson was going up in a shuttle in an hour or so (this is mentioned earlier on in the film), he draws Venom to the launch site, where they fight near the shuttle. It looks like Venom will kill Peter, but then the shuttle begins to take off, and the roaring engines shake the symbiote from Eddie's body allowing Peter time to web it to the shuttle, and send it into space. Peter then drops the unconcious Brock at the feet of Jameson, who was watching his son's launch, before escaping.

Peter and MJ are seen at Harry's funeral, talking of how he died a hero. Aunt May comes over and admits that she has known Peter's ID since the whole Doc Ock fiasco.

Unknown to them, a figure is watching the funeral, half hidden behind a tree. He steps slightly forward. Norman Osborn.

If they DO bring Norman back then the franchise will have officially jumped the shark.

I have a feeling that when Marvel Entertainment reclaims the various properties from Sony, we're going to see a Batman Begins-esque reboot. Especially with what I'm hearing about various cast and crew *****ing about the final cut of X3.

Sounds good, but you kinda have to have a really strong love story going on like the 1st 2!!

Re: Whats the coolest, most epic conclusion possible for the first Spider-man trilogy

Since this topic is about the first 3 I'll post it here.

In spider-man 1 when Norman dies and Peter takes him to his bedroom.... WHAT THE **** WAS GOING ON IN HIS HEAD? I understand not telling harry he was the green goblin BUT he could have left the body outside a police station.

Had he not have been caught by Harry , Harry would have gone to see why his dad was awake yet , try to to wake him and see he has been horribly stabbed in the chest.

Now Peter should know better than anyone what finding the body would do to him as Peter saw his uncle die , Then because it's in his house it would make Harry wonder why with all their security cameras and butlers and workers why No one saw anyone break in or heard Norman scream as he was stabbed to death

that would lead to him thinking it was an inside job and maybe it could happen to him , after all it was that easy to get to norman why not harry? making him become paranoid as ****

Was Peter mad that Harry got do Mary Jane before him , so decided to try and make him have a complete mental break down? Did he know he would be caught and harry would become a new goblin so he had something to take pictures of spider-man for just incase money was short? or is he just a dick?
