If you could meet one famous name in the TV/Movies business, who would it be and why? It doesn't have to be an actor, it could be a director, a writer, whoever.

My answer isn't going to be shocking or surprising to anyone who knows a small amount about me... Joss Whedon.
I am a huge Whedonite and to meet Joss and just have a general conversation would be fantastic. I would love to get insight into how his mind works.

I'd really like to meet Richard Donner, Michael Showalter, David Wain, Tom Cruise or Steven Spielberg. I'd have a very hard time picking between those. Maybe Wain, if I had to.

Actually, you know what? It's a toss up between Wain or Peter Jackson. I need to thank both of them profusely and would love to talk about film-making with either of them.

I want to hang out with Neil Gaiman. (and due to Beowulf, Stardust, and Coraline, I say he counts as a Movie/TV person).

Mark Calaway : Best known as WWE's The undertaker. He's always been my favorite wrestler plus he's been in it so long it would be cool to sit down with him and get his views on how the business has changed since he started and What are his favorite matches and just any interesting backstage stories.

Ricky Gervais (and then by association Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington), Quentin Tarantino, JJ Abrams...

Met him, Paul White, Stephanie McMahon, Lisa Marie Varon, Joe Laurinaitis (his son played for the OSU Buckeyes), Amy Dumas and Ray Mysterio Jr (whom I mistook as a small child and tried shooing him from a secure area, thank the gods he was a good sport). Well, to be honest, I met most of the active WWE roster from 2003 to 2007 when I worked at Nationwide Arena.

But for me, I wanna ea... meet Amy Acker. *whistles innocently and wanders off*

I really want to see a video of that. Poor Rey.

Seriously, I was doing the wander circuit just prior to doors opening, and I opened the double doors to the hallway to the security office, and I see this "kid" at the vending machine, and I'm like "Honey, this is for security only, I'm going to have to escort you upstairs". He looked up and he obviously looked like an adult latino, as well as his security lanyard and I'm like "oh... ****, you're not a kid". He' was very cool with it, and was like "I get it all the time, don't worry about it chica"

John Lasseter, Andrew Stanton, and Brad Bird.

If I thought it was possible, I'd move, today to work at Pixar.

My dad asked me if I wanted to meet him in a week or two, but I told him to take my sister instead because Coraline's like her favourite book ever.

But... Sandman, American Gods, Good Omens, 1602, Miracleman and everything else he's done...

Meet to what degree? I have been to three readings and two signings with him, so i've gotten the hello, thank you, you are my idol sort of things out of the way.

I just mean he'd be great to hang out with. He's incredibly intelligent, well spoken, very soft-spoken and I dont think i've ever heard of anyone having a bad experience meeting him.

Also: Once you read those things, you will hate yourself for passing this up. Unless you like you inexplicably dislike these things like you sometimes do good things. :p

His dad owns all the issues or something.

Grumble grumble.

yeah i remember that. That alone is reason enough to punch your sister to get him to sign them, unless he meant his dad only had the moore issues. still, it's like having a samurai sword and getting Randy Jackson to sign it. still awesome.
