I'm not very far into the game as I only had the chance to pick it up around 5pm or so since I had a busy morning and with it being Sunday, the bus schedule is like once every hour or so.

Now, I'm at the part where I'm supposed to use the hawk to get the cat (right?), but when doing so, the hawk just kicks the dirt every time. Been unsuccessful for many many turns and have no clue as to how exactly to get this accomplished.

Is this the Wii or Gamecube version?
I have the Wii version.

Now, I finally found out what to do, after taking forever. I now have the fishing rod and trying to get a fish which I assume is for the cat which then continues the chain of events...

The important question is: How is it?

It's so much fun. The controls are so damn good, you dont have to go through a tutorial that teaches you how to work with it and the game. It just all happens naturally.

And the S/FX from the controller----HOTT.

Tell us more tell us more, does it play very well

Tell us more tell us more, does the wiimote handle swell?

Finally got my copy of Zelda in the mail! I played for about six hours last night and it is everything I'd hoped it would be! Everything handles superbly with the wiimote and the aiming with the slingshot is dead on. Playing as Wolf Link in the Twilight Realm is really fun too. He's got animal sences to sniff out items and dig for buried ruppies. Visually the wii can't really hang with the 360 or the PS3, but it's still a beautiful game. The artistic style used is my favorite so far in any Zelda game and the enemy designs are original and really look amazing. I'm currently in the first dungeon and it is pretty much just like any other Zelda dungeon, with the puzzles but still really sweet.

Ice, that cat pissed me off too. I even tried herding it back to the shop. Stupid cat!

I can't wait to play some more.

Taking a break now since I've been playing it all day, but I last left off at the Goron Mines.

I'll beat the game before you even get a chance to play it:twisted:
And when you finish, and he's still playing it, he'll be enjoying the goodness while you just remember it. "Oh yeah...that was fun. Wish I could do it again... :("

It's a long game, so I wouldn't be so sure.

Yeah I have a problem......

I played over 30 hours the weekend after i bought Ultimate Alliance.
