Transformers Cinematic Universe - Timeline

Transformers One: New Adventures is terrible and doesn't care for continuity at all... but it shows Sentinel Prime and Alpha Trion alive seemingly after the events of the movie, so uh... if we're going with it being connected due to previous statements, B-127's name/design and Soundwave's voice actor, at least this awful webseries validates the Primes being alive again inexplicably. I don't like it too much but it is what it is.

You could probably assume that Optimus and Megatron fought for millions of years, then reconciled their differences, the Primes came back, Sentinel became trusted again due to millions of years passing, then it kind of corrects itself in a messy way into what we see in the other films.
I had to look this up, because not even the TF Wiki had a page on it, and...

... yeah, I'm gonna skip that and take your word for the Sentinels being alive again, for some reason.

Trivia: During the raid on the summit, a team of soldiers runs past Lady Jaye. One of them can be heard shouting "Follow that ground team!" This quote is directly lifted from Transformers: Dark of the Moon when the soldiers in that movie are about to attack the Decepticons. It is definitely Josh Duhamel's voice, indicating Paramount reused this piece of audio.
Lol, Lennox was in G.I. Joe: Retaliation technically. It's, uh... canon, XD.

To let you know this magazine collects Trasformers Vol. 2 #17 to Transformers Vol. 3 #2.

The only problem for you is that I have it in my own language, so IDK what I can do to help you.

1st story is here!

Isn't the Last Knight supposed to be apocalyptic? Because I remember seeing the trailers for it years ago and that's what I inferred from it
