I think that if you ignore Ash's age, you can mostly make the comics work... sorta. I mean, Army of Darkness Forever sorta forces this to be true.

Yeah, that I saw as well. Just a shame we can't exactly add them to the timeline yet, both on this thread and the Slasherverse thread.
This is the Ash from the comics, given that he fought Freddy and Jason. It could be considered canon if we assume he ended up in this place somewhere between his other adventures. And they say Brock from *The Venture Bros.* is a descendant of Sheila and Ash.
