Mediocre ending to a mediocre tie-in. Looks like just an excuse to have the mutants appear during Civil War.

This is by far, the worste mini series i have ever collected.

I can say about this mini is that it shifted government approach to handling mutants after M-Day, which was worth while. Still, the 198 escaping was totally unnecessary, and the story could have been told in two issues.
