DC has four films scheduled for release in 2023. How do those fit in?

Gunn: I think that we've gotten lucky with the next four movies, frankly, because we have Shazam, which leads into Flash, which resets everything, which then goes into Blue Beetle, which is totally disconnected. He can totally be a part of the DCU, [and that] goes into Aquaman, which leads into Superman, our first big project.

He uses the DCEU and DCU in the same answer, in regards to a split starting with The Flash. The Flash leads to a now-concluded reset of the DCEU (ended with Aquaman 2) and the other "DC Universe" that is removed from that (Peacemaker, TSS, Blue Beetle to some extent) is in the new, separate DCU.

I took that to mean that Aquaman 2 and Blue Beetle are both post-Flashpoint. But then the new DCEU is a hard reboot that will ignore the DCEU....

Then why did Gunn bring up DCU's Superman in that same discussion following the aforementioned "reset"?
It's 100% related to the multiverse reset.

I think it had to do with my take on DCU being the "new Earth-1", but that isn't factually proven, so I didn't put that in the timeline reasoning.
The timeline reasoning on page 1 is unbiased gathered information.
