Unless the blurry image quality is really warping the photo on the bottom newspaper, looks like some grotesque Elephant Man esque "first stage" of Clayface?

The only timeline clue I can find in set photos for Clayface is the newspaper mentioning the Gotham baseball team securing a new player, which for any baseball team occurs every June.

June of what year? No clue yet. Definitely not 2024-onwards.

Economos and Rick Flag Sr have to be around the same age and Rick Sr took a worse beating than Economos.

Yeah, it has to be far more than "months" before Superman. I'm kinda thinking months after DCU's version of Peacemaker S1, tbh.

Especially since in CC Economos was bragging about saving the world as if those events were recent.

Gunn's implied that the opening of each episode (or at least the first few) are all flashbacks as he said in his Threads watch along that they switched the openings of 2 & 4. So we may get a more definitive timeline as we see the rest of the flashbacks.

Easy to forget because that was one of the worst castings of Lex Luthor ever. Plus was that his suit or Steel's suit? Hard to keep track of. Not that they drew much inspiration from the actual comic book design of Lex's suit anyways…

He's a little more Lionel Luthor than Lex, but to each is own. I loved this Golden Age type of Lex personally.

July would be exactly 3 years but there's enough latitude to keep the original August placement with just the year change from DCEU with Peacemaker season 1 in Jan 2023 (which also has some room to move with how long Chris' recovery time was after his 5 month coma). Which would place CC as summer/fall 2024, leaving time from Flag's recovery before taking over ARGUS in November.
