Lost *spoilers*

Well, that would change the whole point of the show, to be "found", right? If they were Lost forever, they could make this show run as long as M*A*S*H. wouldn't you like that?

Well I thik even the most hardcore fans would lose interest, I mean nothing revealed until ten years after the start

GW, the producers have said on the podcast that The Others actually didn't know that Kelvin or Desmond were down there, otherwise they would've gone after that immediately.

But know I don't know how that makes any sense, since there's a camera watching The Swan station in The Pearl. :?

:x

I strongly believe that Sawyer repeatedly yelling 'Who the hell are you?!' at Nikki was the writer's self-deprecating way of echoing the fan reactions about the two.

Oh, definitly. And even more so, the fact that they were assumed dead most of the episode and then buried alive. Pure gold!

I like how the 'things don't stay buried for long' theme showed throughout the episode. Bringing back four dead characters in the flashback (noting that only Dr. Arzt actually contributed to the plot and the others were strictly fan service), the storyline itself (Nikki and Paulo digging up something about their past) and the ultimate irony that Nikki and Paulo are the ones who will stay buried was great.

Definitly.

I hate this idea with a passion. A hot, throbbing passion. In my pants.

That always happens soon after having sex with Moonmaster. See if Houde will let you borrow some of his rectum cream.

What I think will happen is that if they ever get found, most or all of the castaways will decide to stay.

Agreed. If they're ever found, that is.

There's that and the fact that the button is still being pushed... And the sky isn't turning purple every 108 minutes. The Others HAVE to have an idea that someone is down there... I don't know what the producers are thinking here, but that makes me frustrated... I found a plot hole that'll never be filled in.

The sky doesnt turn purple when the button isnt pushed, its when the fail safe is activated, I recall the button wasnt pressed cause the plane to crash, was it purple than? no.

But it had the same effect... Giant magnetics yanking things from whereever metal could be found... The sky turning purple is all relative.

Turning the key terminates the whole thing, no more time, no more codes, no more electro magnetic oddities, the entire hatch and its computers imploded

Juliet is interesting to me... She is the emotional outlet to the Others, to make them seem more human, you know? They've done some pretty savage things in the past and now that we know that are at least supposed to be civilized leaves questions to be answered. The way Juliet has been written makes me think that she'll be the way we'll get a lot of answers out of the Others' character, like who ARE the Others?
