Next up: Guitar Hero: Aerosmith

Re: Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (PS3, 360)

I don't remember - is the Guitar Hero 3 guitar compatible?

Re: Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (PS3, 360)

The GH3 Guitar should be compatible.

Also, I think you have it a bit confused Gamma. Guitar Hero: Aerosmith will be out this summer but it won't feature drums or vocals. Just the Guitars.

Guitar Hero: World Tour will be out this Oct. and feature Guitars ,drums Vocals, a music creating-editing thingamajig and who knows what else.

All I know is I do not want anymore plastic drum sets/guitars in my game room.

Oops, I just realized World Tour is for more than just the DS. Thinking of the wrong game.

Honestly though, when I get this game, I cant wait to rip it up on Medium.

That statement is just wrong.

I'll be doing the same...I can consistently get 98-99% on Medium but I just can't work that orange button.

ick

I HATE THE RUN DMC VERSION OF WALK THIS WAY

it's trash

I'll pick up this game and play through it once, at least it'll be better than Rock the 80's

Walk This Way does have two different recordings, one by Aerosmith in the 70's I think, and then the cover by Run DMC which is the one everyone knows.

Trying to avoid GH like the plague because I have an addictive personality, this just tempts me more to get into it. I'm glad it isn't just the same old mainstream ****. Nobody's fault, Uncle Salty, that's great American Rock right there.

Oh I knew that. I was just wondering why they put the same song on there twice, it just seems dumb to me.

Because it was revolutionary to, not only Aerosmith's career (which is what the game is all about), but also to music in general.

I didn't know you were asking verification. Yes, it's true. I was expressing dismay that people might actually be familiar with the Run DMC version and not the original.

Why would they be? Whenever that song is played on the radio it's always the Aerosmith version. In fact I don't think I've ever heard any Run DMC get played on the radio.
