House of M looks good. I'm crossing my fingers that it is explained EXACTLY why Wolverine remembers when no one else seems to. Maybe - assuming the change in the world is everyone getting their wishes - that this is a "side effect" of his - to remember his entire life?

I'm not digging the Earth X cover...Not sure why it needed to be changed - the SC version is one of my favorite covers ever.

Mags figured he could pacify th heroes by using Scarlet to give them everything they ever wanted.Wolvie always wanted to remember his entire life,but He only remembers up until the "White Light Incident" so he doesn't know if he's finally lost it or not.

I would presume so.I'm guessing the catch is if they off/defeat Scarls life goes back to normal ie pre-HoM.
