In Spider-Man 2, May says it's been 2 years next month since Ben died, and the wedding invitation at 1:34:26 says to respond by Monday, April 26th. So from this, it seems like the first act of Spider-Man 1 would be in May 2002, and Spider-Man 2 would be around April 2004, possibly ending a few weeks afterwards depending on how long before the wedding the guests would send the RSVP.

Have you thought of adding the comic adaptations of the movies to this timeline?

When the promoter gives Peter the money for the wrestling match (I missed the part where that's my problem), the date on a desk paper is June, 21. I'll update tomorrow depending after looking at each date.
It could possibly be an older paper.

I think there are a few extra scenes in the Spider-Man 2 adaptation, such as a conversation in the elevator between Harry and Peter before meeting Otto. It also says that MJ getting together with Peter in the final scene is a few days after the battle at the pier.

Now, that should do it, even included the cameo appearance in Spider-Woman Vol. 5. "This could be the end of Spider-Man", though some are fantasizing about a possible appearance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Eh, I wouldn't bet on it.

One correction: you should place Spider-Man 2.1 Chapter 50 (2:06:17 - 2:10:14) in May because that's the wedding scene with MJ running off to Peter, with chapter 51 being the final swing.

There's also a Spider-Man 3 prequel taking place shortly before S-M3 (because Peter is already planning to propose to MJ), with a flashback to Peter as a kid (probably in the mid-90s).

This is a pretty neat "crossover". Doesn't make Daredevil and Elektra the same universe, of course.

I do believe that at one point, these old Marvel films were meant to be connected. Of cause, theres no way Marvel considers this true, but with Wolverine supposed to appear in Spider-Man, Mr Fantastic referencing Wolverine in Fantastic Four: Extended Edition, the Civil War movie with the X-Men, Fantastic Four and Daredevil, this episode where Michael Clarke Duncan's Kingpin comes face to face with Trilogy Spider-Man, a reference to the X-Men and Stark Industries in Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, Fury referencing Spider-Man and Mutants in a deleted Iron Man scene, Jameson's note of these guys all needing a name now as well as his note of Doctor Strange, and Aunt May's comment about there being too few heroes in the world point to a weird, semi-connected universe. That would be a strange alternative reality, would make this MCU/SUoMC business look simple in comparison, considering the different companies.

Looks like I'm going to have to break the Spider-Man: The New Animated Series episode order up.

E3 takes place 1 year after Norman Osborn died. E13 takes place 6 months after E6. The dream sequence in E12 has a gravestone with the year 2003. I'd say I'd ignore that dream sequence for being not real.

I guess 1-2, 6, 3-5, 7-13 works well enough. Even though Indy kissed Peter, they never actually became a couple until a later episode, so Peter and Mary's flirting isn't contradicted. They're also 6 months apart.

Edit: What about:
2003
????
Ep 1-2

November
Ep 3

December
Ep 4-6

2004
????
Ep 7-11

April
Ep 12-13

This is the only way to fit it in chronologically. This unfortunately means that the gravestone date is to be ignored as being apart of Peter's nightmare rather than an indication of time, it's actually 5 months and they were rounding up.

It's just an idea. I think I'll stick with what I got for now.

Hey, long time fan, first time commenter. I've been trying to figure out the timeline of the Raimi Verse as well, and I have a few findings that might help yours:

SPOILERS FOR SPIDER-MAN (2002)
1. The twin Towers can be seen in the reflection of Peter's mask at 0:55:50 in Spider-Man (2002), I've taken this to mean that movie takes place in 2001 rather than 2002.
SPOILERS FOR THE SPIDER-MAN MOVIE NOVELIZATION BY PETER DAVID
2. The Novelization of Spider-Man (2002) features a prologue that shows new scenes that weren't shown in the film. These scenes show Spider-Man stopping a couple teenagers on a joyride through the cemetery where Uncle Ben's grave is (probably set after the events of the film, but nothing confirming that), as well as a flashback scene to a 4-Year-Old Peter Parker moving in with Aunt May and Uncle Ben. This scene actually states Peter's Birthday is in August as well, so that could change the placement of Spider-Man 2.
SPOILERS FOR THE SPIDER-MAN MOVIE NOVELIZATION BY PETER DAVID & SPIDER-MAN MOVIE GAME
3. This Flashback in the Novelization also includes a scene where Peter is gifted a notebook from Uncle Ben, and is told he can use it to write notes so his parents in. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but we actually see this notebook again in the Spider-Man Movie Game, where we see he's put photos of his graduation, newspaper clippings from the Daily Bugle of photos he's taken, as well as other important stuff in his life. He ends up leaving the notebook webbed to the side of what I can only assume is the Empire State Building (never been to New York, so sorry for my ignorance).
SPOILERS FOR THE SPIDER-MAN MOVIE GAME (X-BOX VERSION), SPIDER-MAN: THE NEW ANIMATED SERIES, AND SPIDER-MAN 3: THE VIDEO GAME
4. The Spider-Man Movie Games should probably be included on here too, as Kraven's first appearance is actually from a level in that game where he is hired by Norman Osborn to kill Spider-Man. This was only playable on the X-Box Version of the game, so footage of these levels is hard to find online, but it is out there. Also, more evidence of the games being canon, Spidey mentions Electro in Spider-Man 3 The Video Game, a character who he only meets in Spider-Man: The New Animated Series.
SPOILERS FOR THE SPIDER-MAN MOVIE GAME
5. The Spider-Man The Movie Game Post Game includes a story where Harry finds out his father was the Green Goblin, and he uses his father's gadgets to become a Superhero of his own. While you do just play through the levels of the game again, there's new context given to each level. Instead of searching for Uncle Ben's killer, you found out that Norman was working with the Skull Gang, and are trying to figure out why. Instead of fighting Norman, instead someone else is using the Goblin Suit. The other Goblin is never revealed to my knowledge, but these levels do end up filling in the gaps between Spider-Man 2 and 3 if you're interested in checking out those levels. You unlock the ability to play as Harry after beating the Story Mode on Hard, so I recommend people at least check it out.
SPOILERS FOR THE SPIDER-MAN: FRIEND OR FOE, SPIDER-MAN 3, SPIDER-MAN 2, SPIDER-MAN THE MOVIE GAME
6. Finally, the elephant in the room, Spider-Man: Friend or Foe. I'm not sold that it's completely canon myself, but seeing as it uses Character Designs based on the movies, references events from the Movies, and even has the same Black Suit design as Spider-Man 3, I have tried my best to fit it in. Overall, the biggest hurdle is explaining how the Villains all survived. The easiest by far are Sand Man and Doc Ock. We actually see Sand Man survived at the end of Spider-Man 3, no argument there. With Doc Ock, it actually takes a keen eye, because in Spider-Man 3 there is actually a news paper that says "Doc Ock Still at Large" at 0:36:22. Venom we never actually see a body, so while it's incredibly unlikely he survived, Venom was the character that kinda coined the "If there isn't a body, they're not dead" saying in the Ultimate Universe. However, if you don't want to believe that, you can just say that the tiny piece of the Symbiote Dr. Conners had just found a new host since I don't think Eddie's name is said at any point in the game. I honestly have nothing in canon for the Gobins, but if you want to Cross Canons (Which I'd say you probably shouldn't do) the Goblin Formula makes you Immortal in the Ultimate Universe. Perhaps the Green Goblin is the mysterious Goblin from Harry's Campaign on Spider-Man The Movie Game? But I still have no explanation for Harry.

I understand if Points 6 and 5 don't get seen as Canon due to their nature, and me not having a full explanation for #6, but I believe 1-4 are pretty important for this Timeline.
Also, sorry for any weird formatting, this is my first comment, like I said.

Nice finds. It's going to be interesting trying to fit the video games in the timeline side by side. I think I remember the first Spider-Man having actual levels rather than free roaming, making it easier to fit in.

I'll probably binge the games online if I can. I don't have the equipment for playing them, unfortunately.

I usually take the films themselves as the highest level of canon, then the comics, games, novels and animated series. Any reference to time in a novel isn't as important as a film, even if it's only the Extended Cut.

I've read into that Green Goblin story, and it surprisingly lines up with Spider-Man 3 fairly well, with him choosing to be a new goblin.

Any chance to fit it between TNAS and Spider-Man 2.1, or even Spider-Man 2.1 and Spider-Man 3? I'm still looking, but I'd thought I'd ask. If not, guess he's not Harry.

I wouldn't bother with Friend or Foe. It would be an interesting fit, but I just don't see how you can logically explain the errors like with TNAS. At least with TNAS, the only problem was Doctor Connors being alive after he supposedly died.

You could see Eddie turn into a skeleton before blowing up into oblivion. The symbiote looked like a goner too.

I'd say it most likely fits between Spider-Man 2.1 and Spider-Man 3. Since Harry finds out his dad was Green Goblin in 2.1. Plus, in the opening monologue of Spider-Man 3's Video Game, Peter says
"There hasn't been any big Super villains around since Doc Ock"
Which I think lines up with the fact that Harry's been taking care of all of them under the radar.

Glad it can still be Harry from canon.

Stange that he doesn't take the Goblin formula till the events of Spider-Man 3. Pahaps he took a dose already, and he was taking more for a boost to help him finish his revenge on Spider-Man?

Maybe 9/11 didn't happen in the Raimiverse (or happened later).

By the way, @Pro Bot the shot of the Twin Towers being reflected in his eyes comes from the pre-9/11 trailer:

And the shots at the end of the trailer of him swinging are also used in the movie, during the montage of people being interviewed about him.

Have you thought about adding it to the timeline? I think it could fit in between chapters 13 and 14, or between chapters 14 and 15.

I wasn't going to let 9/11 change the timeline because of in-universe dates. The film was conceived as 2002 with the twin towers, and they tried their best to remove it from the film.

I guess 9/11 didn't happen because of the various unseen heroes operating before Spider-Man occurs, the X-Men and Doctor Strange (Stark Industries is also in existence, and deleted dialogue from Spider-Man 3 (VG) referenced Captain America).

I guess that scene is more like an in-universe promo for the film rather than a deleted scene. Sure, I guess I'll fit it in.

deleted dialogue from Spider-Man 3 (VG) referenced Captain America
The Novelization for the first film (in the flashback to 4 year old Peter Parker, Peter owns a Captain America comic book, and is convinced the Red Skull killed his parents because they were "too special".
This doesn't necessarily mean Captain America doesn't exist in this universe, since I believe they confirmed Captain America comics exist in the MCU as well. Just thought I'd mention it.
Heck, the TASM2 Video Game confirms that there are Comic books about Spider-Man in his universe. Granted the comics are about Miles (as said in a suit bio), but Spider-Man comics still exist in his Universe none the less.
Definitely for the in universe versions of those comics to just be inspired by the heroes that actually exist.

The dialogue in the films themselves imply other heroes exist, Aunt May's hero speech for one.

I'm trying my best to fit in the video games, but it looks as if events are going to have to squash together a bit, just so that the film timeline stays intact.

Green Goblin takes the Goblin formula later in the timeline in the game so I suppose that certain cut scenes and parts of the game are unreliable, such as the first mission.

It's still a worthy explansion.

If possible, could you detail the Chapters of those novels compared to the film Chapters so I can approximately line them up? It's up to you, but I'd appreciate it.

I'm still waiting for Amazon to ship my copy of the book, but Google has a preview I've been using for reference.

First part of the book is a chapter called Prologue, and it lasts from pg.1-7.
The timeline placement is a little difficult because of how short a vague it is, but we know this has to take place after Uncle Ben's death. The way I see it, you could either include this during the montage of Spider-Man doing good in the film, or shortly after the film. However, the preview is missing pages 6-7, so if something new is discovered after I get the full book, I'll update.

The first full chapter, Arrival is pages 8-19
This takes place when Peter is 4 years old. By counting backwards from 2002, that places it roughly in 1988.

I'd give time stamps for the first one, but I'm currently at my younger brother's wrestling game, and won't be home for a few hours.
