He plays the same guy in every movie - badass, scruffy British guy with a deep voice and five o'clock shadow who has to kill somebody. In the majority of his movies, he is bald, but one exception is Guy Ritchie's crap Revolver.

There's some Stathamology for you.

Snatch? Not that I'm saying you're wrong. But he's still the coolest guy in Hollywood.

He is really cool. Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Crank, The Transporter etc. I would do this but I don't want to watch all the bad movies.

I still haven't seen Revolver though I really want to. He was going to be a character in RocknRolla but scheduling conflicts interfered. I presume he was going to play One-Two, the character Gerard Butler is playing. It should be epic anyway.

Death Race looks pretty awesome.

Didn't **** any of those *****es
Statham is definitely a bad ***. It's weird that his was once an olympic diver or something

He's supposed to be in Crank 2: High Voltage (even though he pretty much "died" in Crank). Apparently, Chev Chelios (best character name ever) has an indestructible heart:

Hitman Chev Chelios (Statham) launches himself on an electrifying chase through Los Angeles in pursuit of the Chinese mobster who has stolen his nearly indestructible heart.

Also, Efren Ramirez, whose character also met his demise in Crank, is playing a different character in this film.

And Amy Smart is pretty.

Crank 2 should be good. Chev Chelios is an awesome name.
I think I read about a fight that happens between him and some other guy and they use metal dildos as weapons.

Also, speaking of awesome names, Statham's characters always have great names. Chev Chelios, Turkish, Bacon, Handsome Rob, Crawford, Monk...

The Cracked "least necessary greatest hits albums" article springs to mind...

Crank was great though and I like watching Statham, but of all the actors to marathon...:?

There is a Tom Cruise thread which has pages of people *****ing about him. Now there is a Jason Statham thread where we talk about how awesome he is.

Also, if you guys haven't seen Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels or Snatch, then get out and come back when you have.

For anyone misled you should know that British people are usually, like myself, quite lovely.

I didn't mean any offense. I love tea, Ricky Gervais, 007, and A Clockwork Orange. I just don't like Guy Ritchie films.

I just thought of something: Guy Ritchie's 007 with Jason Statham as James Bond and Vinnie Jones as Jaws.

I dunno, sometimes if I hear British accents too much, they start to get on my nerves. It starts to sound like I'm hearing a different language.

Isn't Clockwork Orange one of your favourite movies?

Edit: Just saw the post above where you mentioned this...

Yeah. Alex DeLarge is .... a lot more sophisticated than most of the gangsters in Guy Ritchie films.

If it makes you guys feel any better, I have both LS&TSB and Snatch, and I'll gladly watch both of them tonight. I'll also try to incorporate more British slang into my everyday vocabulary.
