Stephen King Multiverse Headcanon Multiverse Timelines by Iceman109

Btw I've started keeping track of the days in IT welcome to derry S01

E01: Matty & Lilly flashback = Dec 31st 1961/Jan 1st 1962
E01: Prologue = Jan 4th 1962
E01: Main Events = April 5th to April 7th 1962

E02: Cold opening = April 7th/April 8th or April 15th 1962
E02: Main events = April 8th to April 11th or April 15th to April 18th 1962
What was the reasoning for these dates?

CZ's World claims that the picture of Cujo in Pet Sematary (1989) is from the 1983 movie. If so, that logically puts Cujo, Christine (?), Cat's Eye and Pet Semetery in the same continuity.

Funny enough, that would make Pet Sematary in-universe fiction written by Stephen King while also being a real event which... actually is accurate to the books. There's references to the books and movie adaptations within the main timeline where those books happen.

Maybe the 1981 short is referencing the same Cujo from the movie, but in an event where he went missing BEFORE Cujo happened. The bloody red car then has nothing to do with Cujo's collar or the missing poster.

That way, the short is a prequel to Cujo where some bad shit happened in Castle Rock while Cujo was missing four years before he got rabies.
I think I'd just trust this and add them. I know it creates small continuity issues with Cujo, but at the same time, Castle Rock has small problems with 'Salem's Lot and IT with regards to the Marsten house despite them connecting to The Shining. I think it's fine, I mean, it's clearly the same Christine from the movie and Cujo was directed by the same guy.

Yeah, there's a newer Pet Sematary... but the older one fits the best.

As I said, I'd do it. Might regret it, might love it and commit, haven't fully decided.

I just wish the connections between everything was more solid. Christine is canon to both Castle Rock and Cat's Eye, but we have to ignore small things in Castle Rock to make Cat's Eye/Cujo fit.
