Oh, and don't get me started on how they're trying to act like Johnny Depp was the abuser by having Deep be that expy, especially when we all know that not only was Amber Turd the abuser, but Deep's wife was legitimately abusive in the relationship, which makes it a piss-poor attempt at a parody.

I definitely am curious how Homelander 's death will be handled in the live-action version, since the comic essentially trolled the readers by having the real one die offscreen thanks to clone Homelander Noir. Ultimately, Billy Butcher has to kill the clone since "It'll do"...

I don't know if any of you heard of an action horror film called "Adam Chaplin" (I can't post clips here, it's extremely gory as f) but the main bad guy gets reduced to a bloodied skeleton with a fully-intact head in that, I literally could easily picture something like that with an unleashed Billy Butcher against the Supe virus-infected Homelander in the series finale.

Also, Gen V returns in 7 days.

Side-note, I have seen some theory that they could tie The Boys to the upcoming Crossed adaptation (another Garth Ennis property) - The Supe Virus eventually mutating into the Crossed virus decades down the line. The symmetry there...
