What do people think about the above sequence?
According to 'The History of the Marvel Universe' as narrated by a dying Galactus at the death of the universe, the sequence above is the future of the Marvel Universe. Since this book is meant to be the definitice history of the Marvel Universe, this might actually be the actual future of 616. The sequence above merges elements from various disparate alternate futures. The events of the sequence above is vague enough, it would be hard for future 616 comics to condradict it, especially since the Marvel universe almost always goes back to the status quo and the regular 616 status quo could easily lead to the above stuff.
For some reason, Marvel Wiki lists the above sequence as showing multiple different timelines (Earth-811, 928 etc.) instead of just one. I don't understand why, since Galactus clearly talks about the some version of DOFP leading to Deathlok leading to 2099 leading to Machine Man 2020 miniseries leading to Killraven leading to Maestro leading to future Guardians leading to Kang leading to a version of the Apocalypse-ruled future baby Cable was sent to. Perhaps the Wiki thinks so because Galactus says his memory is hazy, and thus the editors concluded that Galactus must be mixing up the events of different timelines in his memory? I don't see anything in the dialogue indicating he is mixing things up, just that he doesn't remember every detail, which must have been added bu the writer to keep things vague so they don't get condradicted by future 616 comics.
IMO, the above sequence is indeed the actual future of 616.
