I just saw it and I noticed the cameo. For me, there are two universes: the world of the saga and the real world, as you explained to me.
The way I see it, we never learn what character those actors played in the in-universe film, the history of the in-universe film is different from ours, the specific anaconda in the film is the same variant from Anaconda (1997) and Lake Placid vs. Anaconda (there's even a reference to this specific anaconda being able to crush a car like in the crossover), and we never see any footage of the in-universe film. It is feasible that the new film is the same continuity as the others.
Having seen all these films now (which... was quite a choice), they are actually very lore consistent with each other. Lake Placid: Legacy is NOT a reboot like wikipedia says. It's a sequel set in a new location that explains where the crocodiles came from. A character is mentioned to have taken the crocodiles to Lake Placid (Black Lake), Maine 25 years ago, which would be 1993. That's 6 years before Lake Placid takes place. It's clearly in the same continuity.

The chinese-language instalment, Anaconda: Cursed Jungle, is not a remake either. I can accept the term reboot, but it isn't really like the first film at all. It doesn't contradict anything, so throwing it in the same timeline makes perfect sense. Actually, they're all extremely lore consistent considering half of them are Syfy films. I appreciate that.
Basically, there's an in-universe movie called Anaconda in the 2025 film that stars serveral actors that were in the 1997 film. Since we never see any footage of it and the characters that those actors played aren't named, you can easily say that the new instalment is the twelve film in the original Anaconda universe (six Anaconda films, five Lake Placid films, and Lake Placid vs. Anaconda) rather than essentially the Anaconda version of Wes Caven's New Nightmare.

Think Scream and Stab... or A Nightmare on Elm Street being a canon film in Freddy's Nightmares.

So after some time of work, and seeing every opinion on it, I think I've got a possible headcanon timeline of a possible 2000s MCU, what do you guys think? And tell me if there are corrections to make!

Why are you using the MCU games And not the MCU Movies?

The Incredibles might be set on Earth-14123, look at the top right of the image (this is an official poster made a few years back) you can see Yokai's mask from Big Hero 6. Obviously doesn't mean too much but I think the idea is fun

1947- The Incredibles (opening)
1962- The Incredibles
1962- The Incredibles: Rise of The Underminer
1962- The Incredibles II
1963- The Incredibles (Dark Horse Comics)
2032- Big Hero 6
2032- Big Hero 6: The Series
2032- Baymax

I have the Incredibles sans the novel fully documented (though not yet written on the Detailed Timeline - however all date reasonings are in the thread. I'll probably add them to the OP at some point, if I can be bothered

Thinking about the Mega Man Classic timeline. I think it goes like this?

1
2
3
World 1
World 2
Wily Wars
4
RockBoard
World 3
5
Soccer
World 4
World 5
6
7
Power Battle
B&C
8
&Bass
Power Fighters
SAR
& Bass: Challenger from the Future
9
10
11
VR
12
Xover
Then the X series starts after that

I can explain my reasonings if anyone is curious
I think there's already a thread for Megaman, so I'd ask on there

I'm working on it but I took a break from it. There's a crossover multiverse comic that crossed over most of them, then the masterverse comic brought in the Kevin smith version as well as the cgi show, so all continuities except She-Ra 2018 are connected to the same multiverse now

Here's the list of all continuities that are connected

Mini comics
Filmation
Live action film
Adventures of He-Man
2002 series
Tappers of Greyskull mobile game (idk why they included this in the crossover)
DC comics 2010s continuity
Kevin Smith Netflix series (which includes Filmation and Live action film events as canonical)
CGI Cartoon
Btw it feels weird counting the Masters of the Multiverse crossover comic because they killed off a bunch of characters from the pre-existing continuities

Minicomics- He-Man, Skeletor, the entire barbarian tribe
Filmation- Skeletor (possibly), Crackers the Clown, Zodac, Strobo, The Mighty Spector
200X- Zodak, I think all the villain gets trapped in despondos(?)
New Adventures- He-Man, Skeletor
Live Action Film- He-Man, Sorceress (off screen)
Tappers of Greyskull- He-Man

It's like a Dan Slott spiderverse thing. I should probably still count it obviously as nothing contradicts it but it feels like such a weirdly grim way to leave these universes as He-Man has a lot less continuities than Spider-Man

If we're going multiversal, the Battle Cat (I think that's what it's called? He-Man's cat) is a power in BTD6 where they establish a multiversal connection between the two. Bloons crossed over with Adventure Time, which crossed over with Futurama, which did Simpsons…

You've said this before but I really don't want to focus on that because that's a very tenuous crossover and shouldn't be the main focus of an MOTU timeline. It being a multiversal thing means it doesn't really need to cover the other franchises bloons crosses over with or even the bloons franchise itself outside of that one appearance of Cringer/Battle Cat since it's not part of the MOTU franchise. Fall Guys also has a multiversal connection with the power sword.

If I were to make a thread for the franchise I'd have one message for each reality

I do think that if I did this I'd include major continuities that haven't crossed over with the main cluster yet. Mostly the Marvel Star comics and She-Ra 2018. Or even the new movie I guess I forgot that was a thing for a second.

Honestly, I really enjoyed this show specifically the first time I watched it, and each time I've rewatched it it's gotten better IMO. If you're not doing this, I'd love to tackle it!
It's pretty simple I think, the 5 seasons and then the graphic novel takes place between 1 and 2 I think?

Yeah, with more linear episodic timelines I tend to do it more for the detailed aspect. I know trying to weave together season 1 and the temporary new/destroyed timeline would be... interesting. Would I give new citations for each change to the timeline, or make each timestamp from that get the same citation? There's also the matter of what to do for dating, I don't remember if the show had its own dating system or if I'd have to come up with my own (kinda like how Star Wars has ABY/BBY)

Okay, so I previously attempted a STAB (yes, pun intended) at the American Horror Story franchise, but without much luck. Now, I was wondering, but outside of the American Horror Story series, could there potentially be a connected universe of Ryan Murphy's shows, like, a Murphyverse or something?

And yes, I don't just mean stuff like AHS, American Crime Story, American Sports Story, and whatnot, but also shows like Glee, Nip/Tuck, 9-1-1, Monster (not the truly fantastic manga/anime by Naoki Urasawa with an amazing English dub [seriously, Keith Silverstein deserves more praise for his performance as Johan Liebert], but the controversial Netflix series that tries to paint notorious IRL murderers like Jeffrey Dahmer or Ed Gein as sympathetic), and also his newest show The Beauty.

@Pro Bot @DaddyRomeo @selfishmisery pinging you guys since this sorta stuff seems up your alleyways.

Not sure about the others but I know you can at least throw Scream Queens and the 9-1-1 universe together (link). Surely there's a connection to Scream Queens somewhere in AHS.

You know, I know it'd be stupidly long and difficult, but a Star Trek timeline would be really fun. Not my cup of tea to attempt, but I do appreciate the variety of shows with completely different tones.
It's actually pretty easy if you count just the on-screen media. If you take the expanded universe stuff, oh boy. It becomes super hard and needs ton of researches.

I hope there's an easy way to get the Discotek release of Monster in the UK when it comes out...

I love the fact that Strange New Worlds is essentially just a prequel series leading up to the original show. Watching chronologically must be such an interesting experience, especially since you'd basically be stuck without being able to watch Discovery Season 3 for almost the rest of the franchise. Also, it'd take a long time for Section 31 to make sense since you would have only seen Discovery S1-2.

Question: Since the Kelvin timeline branches off in 2233 (something like that), does that mean that the pre-2233 time travel within the main timeline still occurred? In that case, when the prime timeline characters return to their altered present day (in the Kelvin timeline that shares the same history), are they in an alternate universe to their own? Also, isn't literally every episode of Star Trek: Enterprise except the last one technically Kelvin timeline canon as well?

Also, is Star Trek time travel inconsistent? My personal assumption based on limited knowledge is that time travel causes branches to the prime timeline that eventually fold back in so that it's the exact same universe again. In other words, time travel causes minimal changes that eventually sort themselves out back into the exact same physical space. Essentially, multiple versions of the same characters suddenly exist due to time travel, but eventually they fold back into the same individual once their experiences begin to match up and history becomes fixed again.

Unless there's significant divergence, which creates a whole new reality.

to answer your questions, it branches off in 2233, but it's created way later in late 24th century thanks to Spock travelling back in time; The pre-time travel still happened, so yeah the flashback of the Khan tie-in miniseries are canon to the Prime timeline too.

nope cos Prime Spock can meet Kelvin Spock.

exactly, infact I think in the first Kelvin film they mentioned Archer's name (I think for a base named after him or for his pet dog).

Sometimes they're able to go along and repair time sometime it's impossible, I'm glad you know the Kelvin timeline, but there's also the Mirror Universe.

I'm aware of why it branched. I meant that, within the main timeline, time travel changes time. The time travel that occurs within the main timeline where characters from post-2233 go to before 2233, technically they should still be there in the alternate Kelvin universe pre-2233.

I meant the main timeline time travel, not an alternate version created through time travel but when it doesn't create a new reality. I guess not, though.

I think we actually understand and agree on all points. It's a very interesting franchise in how it all ties together. If I had time to push through it all, I'd try and watch it all. Extremely long franchise but at least it's tied together quite strongly.

I've seen people claim Star Trek: Scouts isn't canon... other than being a show for babies, why exactly do people think that? It probably doesn't contradict anything. Also, Very Short Treks is probably better to describe as an alternate universe rather than completely non-canon. It's not canon at all to the Prime timeline, but it's still worth including I personally think.
