Althought not mentioned in the issues that she appeared in, I'd wager that BC does indeed have probability powers... that whole sequence with her breaking into that building indicated there was more than luck to that whole thing.

Well, I don't know if it was this board or another that I used to post at but her powers are sort of undefined even in the 616 universe because so many writers have changed her abilities around that it's impossible to pin point what exactly she can do. So, it's up to Bendis to decide where she's at right now.
I don't have a problem with her or Longshot in terms of their probability powers... I think that what Vaughan did with LS's luck was very cool and well illustrated through both his writing and the art.
