That is not what Ourchair looks like. This is:

When I read the scene in Earth X where the Red Skull's minions were mobbing Captain America, fighting him and begging him to free them, while the Red Skull loafed around talking about pop culture, all I could think about was Frontline #11.

What I dug about Kingdom Come was how mythic it was. Ross and Waid turned the DC heroes into a holy pantheon. And it read to me like a ****ing Nordic Edda or something. I don't know. Earth X, to me, didn't have any real impact on me, and it was dense. but not a good kind of dense, like Promethea.

Maybe it's because I don't have as much of an investment in Marvel characters.

I just think Kingdom Come was more powerful. Earth X is really good, but Kingdom Come is the stronger work.

I think it comes down to which universe resonates better with you. I'm a primarily DC guy so I prefer Kingdom Come, but for those Marvel Zombies Earth X is where its at. Or Marvels. It was better than Earth X.

Yeah? I like Marvel better than DC for the most part, and I still prefered Kingdom Come.

Thing is, a friend of mine owns three comics series - Earth X, Universe X, and Paradise X. He has an Earth X poster. He loves the title.

He'd not read a Marvel comic before. He just dug the story so much.

Curses. I've been undone.

The case for me is that I just really like how everything connects together in Earth X. To me, that puts it higher than KC, and I enjoyed that emensely (sp?).

What I like about Earth X is that I totally believed everything the Watcher was saying, and when you realize for the first time reading through it that he was lying, and the true pieces of the puzzle start to fall into place... chilling.

Yes, it does that.

Works for me, since I don't really read much DC (not much Marvel for that matter), I liked Earth X better, doesn't mean it was better.

I bought this yesterday and started reading it.

Was Redwing suppose to be someone particular, or just the latest of Cap's partners?

Overall, good story, interesting way to tie in the entire universe in one big way.

Couple questions.

The Asgardians were just people who had become so advanced in society, that they were basically Skrulls?

And Loki figured that out?

Second question, was the other Spider Guy suppose to be Ben Reilly? The one working for Skull.

And I love how close Skull was to Skrull.
