I'm not surprised. The costume for the Captain America was designed as something that would work for a WWII movie. I think if you're going to have Captain America in the modern day, you need a more modern looking costume.

I hadn't thought about it before, but I guess the idea of multiple Avengers getting Iron Man costumes during the climax or something is a possibility.

Rumored Villain (4th go at it) If they pull ALL of this off. I'll be impressed or we could have a jumbled comic book movie mess. Nolan isn't involved so I'm pretty scared. Excited at the same time though.
