Wonder Woman and Flash appear, Barry with his suit from The Flash. You could still make the argument it's Post-Flashpoint if you really wanted mind you, but yeah.
Though, if you do interpret it as Post-Flashpoint... you can head-canon Aquaman: King of Atlantis into the Pre-Flashpoint DCEU Timeline... there's no contradictions! :p
2018 - Aquaman
2018 - Lights Out
2018 - Shazam!
2019 - Aquaman: King of Atlantis

2018 - Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Special #1 (3rd Story; "Rattling the Cage")
2022 - Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Special #1(1st Story; "Changing Tides")
2022 - Aquaman: Through Fire and Water #1
2022 - Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom Special #1 (2nd Story; "Afterimage")
2022 - The Flash
2022 - Aquaman and the Lost kingdom

yeaa i kind of see arthur being in the post-credits of flash as pointing to aquaman 2 happening after, although thats certainly far from definitive

Here's my interpretation:

Earth-89 (AKA Earth-789)
Burtonverse
Donnerverse
Human Target
Catwoman
The Goonies
Barney Miller
Fish

Earth-96
Donnerverse (potentially altered)
Superman Returns

Earth-97
Burtonverse (potentially altered)
Schumacherverse
Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman

Earth-203
Burtonverse (potentially altered)
Birds of Prey

Flashpoint DCEU
Burtonverse (potentially altered)
The Flash

Post-Flashpoint DCEU
Burtonverse (potentially altered)
Schumacherverse (potentially altered)
The Flash (ending)
(Not sure about Blue Beetle and Aquaman 2)
Forgot to add The Goonies and Barney Miller to Earth-89

Really early in my listening to the Batman : Revolution audiobook today. Lots of dating info already in terms of placement with first. Also pleased that we learn the "Bicentennial of Gotham" was somewhat manufactured by Mayor Borg to justify that parade for political reasons. That has bugged me since I was a teenager in the 90s and learned of real US history. No way any city in the east coast is that new. Not word for word but the press questioned that anniversary from before events of 89. True origins of Gotham is probably much more than 300 years. Borg picked a merger of small towns around 1789 to justify a parade.

To be fair NYC didn't become an actual city until 1898 so it's probably a similar situation with Gotham

Not sure where else to put thoughts on Batman Revolution. I liked it. In many ways more than Resurrection. It feels like it's own story. While that was totally a sequel to the 1989 movie. Yet I can not imagine this as a Burton movie. Nor really a Batman movie made by anyone in the 90s. This Riddler is so sympathetic that he is barely a villain at all. He is more used as the spokesperson for a terrorist group. Which historical, political backstory is way too complicated to really keep track of or be interesting.

That sounds like negative accessment of something I liked more that last one... the strength here is characterization of Batman/Bruce, supporting characters we know.... no spoilers minor detail I liked - Gordon is said to be former Navy Man. That seemed liked new addition to character and I checked Pat Hingle serviced in the Navy. I appreciate that is specific to his version of the character.

Overall the overall detail and characters are strong... many references to a 60s tv show... but the weak part was was the overall plot and motive of the real mastermind.

My headcanon for a post-Flashpoint version of everything would look like this:
MERGED CONTINUITY #1 (Earth-12 aka "Earth-789")
Donnerverse (Superman I-IV, Superman Returns and Supergirl)
Swamp Thing (1982) & The Return of Swamp Thing (1989)
Burtonverse (Batman '89 / Batman Returns)
The Flash (1990-1991)
Human Target (1992) & Human Target (2010-2011)
Green Lantern (2011)
Wonder Woman (2011 pilot)

MERGED CONTINUITY #2 (Earth-22 aka "Earth-799")
Wonder Woman
(1974 pilot)
Schumacherverse (Batman Forever / Batman & Robin)
Swamp Thing (1990-1993)
Lois & Clark (1993-1997)
Steel (1997)
Justice League of America (1997 pilot)
Catwoman (2004)
Birds of Prey (2002-2003)

Makes sense. I like Catwoman and Birds of Prey together, the timeline fits perfectly.
Other headcanon notes:
The "Jordan" in the Superman '78 comics is Hal's dad, the one that dies on the runway in GL's flashbacks.
Central City is just destroyed to accommodate Earth-90 going up in flames in 2018 pre-Crisis.
Rick Springfield's Christopher Chance ages to become Lee Majors' Christoper Chance in the season 1 finale of the 2010 Human Target show IMO.
Barbara Gordon is significantly older than the other girls in the Birds of Prey, so it stands to reason she's Barbara Wilson adopted by Jim Gordon in the late 90s in this hypothetical 2nd merged timeline.

Doesn't Birds of Prey mention Supergirl also?

Maybe that's the mysterious baby that was left on Lois & Clark's doorstep in that series finale cliffhanger...

Both fit.

Me too! I love that idea, it works very well. I wish it were confirmed.

I never considered that idea. Seems interesting.

You are correct it is not.

If the show had lasted longer I wonder if they had been able to use more. There is a podcast on the show called Broken Wings. When the show was in production most of the Warner backlot was devoted to the movie The Last Samurai. Which is why the show had to reuse a small corner of the lot for everything. While both The Flash and Lois & Clark had free reign to use whatever they wanted.

The episode Gladiatrix is supposed to be in "Old Gotham" https://arrow.fandom.com/wiki/Old_Gotham_(Earth-203) which was build over after the big earthquake. Though the show did nothing with that visually. Which is a shame considering Returns, Forever, & Robin were all filmed there. It would have been nice to dress up a street on backlot with old props in storage. Faded Cobblepott For Mayor poster, etc.
