The Justice League tie-in is set DURING (Zack Snyder's) Justice League.

My mistake, I forgot about that was about Barry and Bruce.

I completely forgot DCEU Barry got his hero name from Arrowverse Barry.

It definitely creates a ton of confusion since, apart from celestial beings, Barry is pretty much the only one to survive the Crisis. Even the Paragons would technically be in new Earth-Prime bodies, however that's supposed to work.
