I guess the positive thing about that is even if some complicated Brainiac plan did indeed remove him from Earth-Prime into his own Earth/hypertimeline, then his null existence doesn't affect Earth-Prime's timeline much. Kara did most of the work.

It's interesting that the Superman & Lois tie-in for Earth-Prime has a white Bruno Mannheim and a Phillip Karnowsky that resembles his Earth-38 counterpart. You gotta love retcons...
 
I merged the S&L and GK timelines into one.

Not only because John Diggle's actor alluded to them being intended as the same Earth in interviews, but also as a "Fuck You" to people who laugh reacted at me on Facebook and downvoted me on Reddit while they argued back saying that they can't be the same Earth based the simple 'fact' that "B-buh...Gotham Knights is hated though, it can't connect to something good."

They are the same Earth.
