So uhh, just a question, but you are gonna cover everything related to Tomb Raider (and not just the games), right? The movies, the comics, the animated series...

IKKKK she's the mostly Lara Crofty that's been... even more than Angelina Jolie whitch is crazy!
Same level of accurate costume detail, similar to how most p*rn parodies tend to be compared to ACTUAL adaptations (yes, I'm looking at you and your leather jacket costumes, Arrowverse)

And by the comics, I don't just mean the newer ones related to the Survivor Timeline, but also the older ones by Top Cow that connected Tomb Raider to Witchblade and whatnot.
Yup, but just counting the ones related to Lara, going into Top Cow 's lore is the equivalent of going crazy.

Should the Re/visions episode titled "Legacy" go at the end of the timeline? I've seen the case for it. Mostly because it's about Lara getting a sidekick and stuff it feels kinda like a torch passing moment.

Also it kinda sucks Re/visions didn't get to keep going, they wanted to do other IPs after Tomb Raider but never got to unfortunately. Imagine a Re/visions Halo, Spyro, Pitfall or Zelda (these weren't announced or anything just me thinking of ideas of what they could have done after TR, as far as I know we don't know what they wanted to do after

I'll have to see when I got to the series. But for now I was thinking of a 2007 for every episodes to not have a blanc year, but we'll see, as Top Cow's Lara kind of became immortal to my understanding, so idk how much op a passing it could be.

Eh if Top Cow changes the status quo too much I feel like it could be considered one of the alternate continuities and not part of Unified

maybe, but since Square Enix is unifying everything, I don't see why they're leaving this out. In the original post they actually refear to the Top Cow comics.

So for now they'll stay.

I thought they had said in an interview that theyre deciding what parts will be unified and what parts are left out? But I guess if they mentioned it in the post it could count

Reading through that official timeline. They just mention the films, board games and top cow comics in a section at the end saying the timeline is limited to the games and their direct tie ins so I feel like it's kinda saying the films and top cow comics are their own continuities tbh

They just said that they limited the guide they made with the 3 games cos it was simpler. It doesn't mean that they don't consider them, they even mentioned them to begin with.

Yeah but they're just saying there's more Tomb Raider media out there. It doesn't really seem to be a statement on continuity. It's like if Sega did a Sonic game timeline and at the end put "but there's more sonic out there! Check out sonic boom, the movies by Paramount, sonic SatAM and many many more!"

yeah, if not they begin with:

"We hope this guide was useful, whether you're just now starting out with the series, or returning after a hiatus.

We've limited this timeline..."

For them to say that it means that they're canon, just didn't cos there are too TR media out there.

Defiance is getting a remastered, so this will leave only the Blood Omens title as without one.

I guess I'll have to buy a boardgame? Oh jeez...
I've never been sure on how to add Board Games to timelines when they have stories. I wonder how many franchises have licensed board games where they're actual stories. Tomb Raider, King Kong, Ghostbusters/MIB, Army of Darkness

Assassin's Creed mainly too.
Is Ezio's appearance in Raid Shadow Legends canonical? I keep getting an ad on YouTube for it and Ezio has some dialogue discussing evil entities he's come across in both his home series as well as this new dimension where he fights some mechanical monstrosity. I guess nothing probably contradicts it, the dialogue is kinda neat. Although I just have no interest in generic looking gacha games like that with a really bland art style.

no.

The Legacy of Kain side of this timeline got huge updates 3 to be precise!

1) Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered! It's a remastered of the game.

2) Legacy of Kain: Ascendance a new game with a metroidvania style set during Kain's conquest of Nosgoth and it has 3 playable characters!

3) Legacy of Kain: Soul River - The Dead Shall Rise #1 a prequel comic of Soul River with also the introduction of the third plyable character that it will appear in Ascendance!

I hope that one day we'll get a remake of Blood Omen 1 with a remastered of Blood Omen 2.

P.S. Not to be that guy, but they stay silent for 22 years, then the year I decide to buy all the games, they start publishing remastereds of games I've already bought and new titles I'll have to buy in the future, that's my luck I guess lol. (I'm joking ofc, I'm super happy that LoK is continuing!)
