this carnage wasnt the same as the first one. basically, this was peter carnage,or spider-carnage. Peter only became carnage because adrian toomes( who is this guy going to be anyway? i mean, he cant be vulture since that guy's incarcinated by SHIELD) injected him with some formula created by his father that reacted to the remaning "Suit cells" in Peter's blood. so, technically, they are two different characters.
