Webcomics.

I have to say, I've not found it funny. The only three webcomics I really enjoy are Sinfest, Shortpacked, and The Perry Bible Fellowship. VGCats is okay.

But Sinfest is great. It's really good.

I don't know if this was already posted, but I found it in teh intrawebs.

How can you not like pennyarcade? It's easily the funniest webcomic on the intraweb. And unlike VGcats, they actually keep a good update schedual.

  Quicksilver that was just wrong.

Its deffinatly not the funniest think on the internet. It does make me laugh sometimes though.

Now Sam and Fuzzy, thats some good ****.

I agree. Thing is, it gets a lot of crap because its popular, just like every other popular thing out there. It'd probably be raved about if it wasn't as well known as it is.

I find it odd that I started this thread but don't remember ever reading the webcomics I posted.

As some of you may know, Keenspot is a site that hosts webcomics, many of which I read. I looked up one of their newer ones recently, called Wicked Powered.

I can't tell what the **** is up with this comic. Is it supposed to be ironic? Because the second panel of this comic caused me to spasm involuntarily, as if every fiber of my being was simultaneously crying out in rejection. I can only assume that it's mocking these kinds of people, because the alternative is too horrible to contemplate. And let's not even mention the enemas, scatological humor, robob00bs, and OMG SEX CHANGE IS HILARIOUS.

Seriously, what the hell is going on?

Also, I want Wade_Wilson to read this, just so I can enjoy a nice, quality, bile-laden rant full of asterisks. Unless I'm being dense and it really is ironic.

Crazy **** like that is exactly why I stick to Penny Arcade, Ctrl Alt Del and VGcats.

Cheshire Crossing.

It's a damn fine comic. Its predecessor comic, Casey and Andy, written and illustrated by the same guy, is also a damn fine comic. CC is like Lost Girls without the porn. It takes place in 1910. Wendy Darling, Alice Liddell and Dorothy Gale have been in and out of asylums since they were very young. Eventually, they're brought to a clinic headed by Dr. Ernest Rutherford (he was a real person--famous chemist). He tells them that they're not crazy--they really can travel through worlds. They're not at an asylum, they're at a school. Mary Poppins is their teacher. Rutherford is assisted by a mysterious man in a hat and trenchcoat who the girls have not met. He calls this man Lem and says that Lem used to be a surgeon. Going purely by this and a bit of creative Wikipedia-ing, I have determined that this is Gulliver of Gulliver's travels, who has traveled forward in time or had his age slowed down.

I only brought it up so I'll have somewhere to post "CALLED IT!" when I'm inevitably right. However, you should all read it anyway.

Has anybody here tried Girly? I personally love the art, and the story lines are fun. I really like how all of the characters are unique and interconnected by the story. The best part is the humor, which is admittedly kind of stupid at first, but quickly finds its own perfect little niche. Also the two main characters are in a lesbian relationship, just so you know.

Your guys' weird, indy webcomics are daunting. And have bad art.

All I really read anymore is Questionable content, even though it isn't that funny anymore, Ctrl Alt Del, which is still moderately funny, VGcats, even if they can't keep a decent update schedule, Penny Arcade, which, despite what you guys say, is "the awesome" and "the boss".

Yeah, so they're mainstream webcomics. Sue me. I'm not as cool and hip as you guys with your obscure, whacky comics. Mine are funnier.

For a while I'd try out Girly and the creators previous comics every so often. Then I'd remember why I didn't. Still, lots of people seem to like it so more power to them.

Has anyone here ever read Sam and Fuzzy? Its probably my favorite webcomic running. I the art and love how he uses massive amounts of blacks on the pages. Its purdy.
