I agree, I think can both be in same universe, but I think will be weird that they don't show the "Earth-10005" Wolverine, just ignore him, to only DP&W Wolverine show up.

That's because of how Cable's time travel works, yeah. Same with Wolverine in DoFP.

Yep. The way that Cable's time travel method works, essentially, is his temporal aura timeslips him to each temporal location without creating a variant. He possesses the body that timeslipped beforehand if he needs to "try again" for example.
Hence why when Deadpool shifted to the original Earth-10005 timeline (the actual one, not Earth-17315), he didn't take the body of the Deadpool from 1979 (who is theorized to be his father and this essentially proves that).

So the body itself is unaffected by the voyage, but that teddy bear that Cable carried with him isn't protected by that time travel method because it's bound to a specific timeline.

If he was born sometime after his father got snapped away he'd be on his way to adulthood during that time so I'm sure that'll be appropriate

I can't condense timestamps, even if the events are out of order in quick succession. The nonchronological narrative is part of the show's "weird" nature, and removing that context makes the timeline confusing.
