Me too! I love your placement of everything there too, just missing the 2023 ending of DoFP. Why'd you put Last Stand in 2003, just to fix Jean Grey's age, or was that a typo? 2006 was also a year of the dog, so that works for your 2009 DP placement too. I still say that New Mutants is the now perfect way to introduce mutants to the MCU, and the title would have double meaning now. New (to the MCU ) Mutants. But we'll have to wait and see how this plays out.Wade Wilson from X-Men Origins: Wolverine is, in my head-canonical opinion, a different character, Wade's father. I remember having a bunch of stuff to support this, but I'll try my best to remember it. I think I got the idea from Reddit, maybe, but I took it and found more information that supports this idea and corrects the error.
Firstly, they obviously look the same. In Deadpool, there were only strands of mutant DNA in Wade Wilson Jr.. This would be because his father was a mutant. He had a poor relationship with his father, who he said bailed on him, when in actuality disappeared because of the Weapon XI project.
It can be assumed that in the revised timeline, the confrontation between Wade Wilson and James Howlett still occur, though the events of X-Men Origins: Wolverine and the year the event took place may not. In a slightly newer version of this event in the revised timeline, Wade Wilson shoots Wade Wilson, supposedly killing him for the pain he gave him in his childhood, though he may have a healing factor like he did in the original timeline.
An explanation of cable's time travel is that it is a controlled method where if one thing changes time is kept mostly the same, an anti-butterfly effect. This is how Deadpool is able to save Vanessa and still save Peter and the events of the movie still happen except Deadpool's motivation is different, pahaps a quest to prove he can be a reliable father.
In Deadpool 2, the X-Men simply look young, though it's possible it takes place in the 1990s via the Year of the Dog, but I personally prefer the 2010 based on technology advancement and that Xavier has returned to the X-Mansion which has returned to it's correct name. It also can't be in the 2020s because of Firefists age not lining up with the birth of the last mutant.
Also, Dark Phoenix isn't the finale to the X-Men Movie Universe, Logan is, Dark Phoenix is before it and can and should be watched in that order since the stories are largely unrelated. That's my take to make myself feel better, anyway.

I actually find it fun to fix the errors in this universe. Of cause, the age problem is not going away...
