Ultimate Apocalypse's Horsemen

When making the Horsemen of Apocalypse you want X-characters who have some fame to them but aren't really famous X-villains like Magneto or Juggernaut. I picked the people that also had the potential to become extremely dangerous characters. Each of these characters could take the Ultimates on their own, which is why it takes the entirety of the Ultimate universe to stop them.

War: Mimic
In the Ultimate universe Mimic isn't a mutant, just like in other continuity. Mimic is Calvin Rankin, an agent of SHIELD with several tours in the Marines. As an agent detailed to the Legacy Project, Rankin is able to access the Beast's laboritories. Apocalypse puts his influence over Rankin and has him completely infiltrate Beast's work. Rankin is instructed by Apocalypse to take the genetic files from the Beast's lab. Due to a unique genetic structure, Rankin is chosen by Apocalypse to become his first Horseman. Using the genetic sequences from Beast's laboritory, Rankin is infused with the blood of the Ultimates, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and several other heroes and villains like Spider-Man and Magneto that SHIELD has come into contact with. Though the powers he recieves from the heroes are at about half of whta the original owners' had, his sheer number of powers gives him a huge advantage. Rankin becomes Apocalypse's own personal God of War.

Famine: Xorn
Xorn will be the ultimate mystery person in Apocalypse's employ. Instead of being born with whatever confusing powers the original Xorn had, this one disintegrates organic material. Xorn will be the completely silent member of the team until it is revealed that he was the boy that Wolverine 'killed' in the New Mutants arc. After Logan's supposed mercy killing, Apocalypse retreaves the boy's body and reanimates him. Apocalypse offers him a way to control his powers and to revive the people he killed in his hometown. Xorn is now the iron masked silent killer of Apocalypse who steps up and betrays his former master at the end of the story.

Pestilence: Multiple Man
Jamie Madrox had always served another more powerful mutant in his life, Magneto. After Magneto rejects Madrox from coming to Avalon on account of him screwing up a special mission, Madrox becomes filled with hate for Magneto. Apocalypse comes to Madrox and offers him a chance to kill his former master. Apocalypse alters Madrox's DNA to the point that instead of feeling sick after creating a few hundred, Madrox can create millions without harm. Apocalypse also gives Madrox the Legacy virus so that he can weaken and even kill other mutants just by coming into proximity of them. Multiple Man is Apocalypse's own personal army.

Death: Proteus
Proteus is essentially what his title suggests, death. Seeing as Betsy Braddock was able to survive her 'death', so was Proteus. Having spent his time living as an other worldly body in the Astral Plane, Proteus is the only Horseman to openly seek out Apocalypse. In exchange for his servitude, Apocalypse offers Proteus the ability to survive in a body for long periods of time. Proteus becomes Apocalypse's most powerful soldier, destroying the military with ease and ripping through any superhero that comes in his way. Proteus is only defeated when Jean unleashes the full force of the Phoenix at him, but dies in the fight.

That's awesome. That's beyond awesome.

Thank you. I wanted cool characters, but I wanted them to be insanely powered. I think Ultimate Apocalypse would basically be like Ultimate Galactus as the big event that brings the whole Ultimate Marvel Universe together.

Yep. This is still better than what Kirkman did.
