it's mostly the first four epsiodes... the pace picks up towards the end and it gets really good again.

I agree. Although maybe a bit more than the first 4.

The last 4 or so episodes were brilliant, and the final episode is much better than the Season One finale.

Although be warned Mole, all the way through the show there will be one thing you will despise. The Blunder Twins - Maya will repeat her brothers name in an incredibly whiny voice over and over again at least 3 times in every episode she is in.

This is what watching the original transformers cartoons has prepared us for with every episode it been nothing but name saying in dialogue :lol:

Just wondering is it because of the writers strike that season 2 is only half the size of season 1 or is there another reason? I'm still watching my season 1 dvds at the moment but noticed that the season 2 boxset was like half the the size.

Yes indeedy.

That's a big part of the reason why it wasn't as good as the first season. They did a big rush job on the finale because the season had to be half as long.

Ah thank you. So the alternative episode 11 it mentions would be "what if we didn't end it soon" like what should have been episode 11 instead of what is?

Pretty much. I saw the footage of what would have been online a while ago now
Hiro teleports Adam away, but Adam drops the vial, releasing the Shanti Virus. Matt, Nathan and the Boy Blunder Peter find the shattered vial and jump into action, after Peter whines about it being all his fault for listening to Adam (Well, duh.) but Nathan slaps him out of it. People start falling victim to the virus in the paper factory so the trio decide to go to the cops and warn them. The cops ignore them at first, but Matt puts the whammy on all of them so all of them follow Nathans instructions without question. There is a storyboard cutaway showing a scene with Peter causing a landslide to block ways out of town to isolate the virus, and then it jumps to a press conference similar to the actual ending, but with Nathan warning the world of the virus instead of the existence of superpeople. At the end of the conference, Nathan collapses, as he succumbs to the virus.

Ah cool. Also Thank you for putting spoiler tags as I've not watched season 2 at all so it doesn't ruin it for me, appreciate it.
