How could the story be better without the deaths if the story is about fighting in the underworld to bring people back to life, which is the current common theory?

So we let the fact slide that the Ultimate concept is practically no more and now we just have another 616. And we're supposed to accept the story for what it is and not be grumpy that we've completed wasted another dollar on another promised yet unchanging story in a world that once stood with so much potential for really great storytelling coming from topnotch writers?

i just remembered that Rick Jones and the Watchers are supposed to somehow play into Ultimatum...i wonder what's going to happen there.

Alright, so when the third one comes out... Can the people that like it actually discuss it? Like can there be an actual synopsis and discussion about what is going on? I'm finding too many of the same posts in this thread. It's become "who can come up with a funnier comment" rather than a discussion.

If you don't like it let it be, but there are a few of us that want to know what's going on.

Also: I'm betting Dr. strange and Daredevil bite it at some point; Daredevil will go down in Ultimate Spider-Man, Strange in ultimatum.

You can't tell people not to post their thoughts if they're against it. No one is restricted from talking about an issue, whether they like it or not. There is only like 1 person who actually likes it, so don't go looking for something you will likely not be getting.


S&P, you can always check the Shipment Thread to see when issues are delayed. Last I remember, #3 was delayed to February 25th.

Yeah, I understand that you (Goodwill) are looking for a concise review but if someone read it and absolutely hates it they aren't likely to take time to type out a thoughtful review.

Leave this thread as it is, no merging of older posts. From now on, this is for spoilers, news, synopsis, and general discussion on Ultimatum. The other thread is solely for the complaining.

I know I can't ask for the negativity to stop, but I just want there to be something to chew on, you know? Something that'll make coming into this thread worth while.

Like I said, there's only one person who said the series has been fine so you're not really going to get anything "worth while."
