Bruce Timm Universe Adoration Thread

haha, I guess that invalidates my point in the Strange Days thread.

Chances are it won't be DCAU since Batman Beyond now exists outside of that universe and is comics canon, BUT with how The New Teen Titans was supposed to be a chibi styled addition to the TT canon, it seems like these DC Nation shorts might surprise us.

I'm geeking out so hard over this. Oh my god.

Figured While I'm here I'd make a brag on my DCAU collection (The lighting in my room is horrible so the flash ****s up the pictures, but is necessary to see anything.)

The B:TAS complete series boxset is a genuine rather than one of those eBay bootlegs, and that was a tough one to find.
(Feel free to judge me for having a Lady Gaga poster)

Nice collection iammattie!
As a child, I've bought all the figures from the Batman TAS and Superman TAS.. there were toys everywhere + the X-Men, Spider-Man, Hulk and Iron Man ones from the 90s lol... now all is in a big plastic box in loose, waiting for someone... some have known wars, others, the heat of the sun and the passing time :/

I'm sincerely hoping it is. I also need to get back to that DCAU timeline I was doing, took a break to focus on some other stuff, but will get back to it in the next couple weeks.

haha, I took a break from note taking as well. Got about 15 episodes into B:TAS then got sidetracked by life.

Conroy and Friedle are back!!! I now believe this is 100% canon, and the end makes me feel like it somewhat leads up to DCAU Batman and Terry cameoing at the end of Batman the Brave and The Bold's Night of The Batmen.

Yeah, I'm convinced it's canon. There's no reason it shouldn't be considered canon. Same voice cast, same art style, and the story could fit anywhere within Batman Beyond's run.

I was not prepared for that ending. Imma cry.

That was quite awesome. Loved the different eras of Batman represented at the end, and Bruce's line at the end was fantastic.

Also, I'm thinking the robot Batman could be related to HARDAC (think that's it's name) from B-TAS. There were a couple episodes involving robotic duplicates of Batman, and these certainly fit that bill.

If I needed any more motivation to jump back into the DCAU timeline, this did it. So awesome.

So, right to left:
??
"The Batman" Batman
"Batman: The Brave and the Bold" Batman
"The Dark Knight Returns" Batman
80s movie Batman
60s tv Batman
original, Detective Comics #27 Batman

How's the timeline going DIB? I really want to revisit this stuff but chronologically with the comics is too good to pass up.
