That makes sense. We're unlikely to get an answer any time soon so... yeah.
Shouldn't Batman: Arkham Underworld be here too, after this one?Batman: Assault On Arkham
I'm not sure how valid a source a mobile game is to this franchise. It's a cool game, however it is currently inaccessible and features some contradictory evidence that makes me decide to not feature it. My placement of it would be after Assault on Arkham given the Deadshot dialogue, however, it features elements like Harvey not yet being Two-Face that makes me skeptical.Shouldn't Batman: Arkham Underworld be here too, after this one?
It makes sense, Harvey was already Two-Face at the time of the film, it doesn't make sense that it was still Harvey without the disfigured face.I'm not sure how valid a source a mobile game is to this franchise. I don't think so, when Harvey was disfigured by the acid his sanity plummeted, he went crazy because his face was that way, so trying to do surgery wouldn't work because of your madness.Maybe Harvey got surgery before going nuts again.
Well, I never said he went completely sane. It might have been an attempt at stability that failed, thus he ruined his face again. Considering that it's happened before, it's not completely irreconcilable, especially considering other Arkhamverse media. I mean, I personally accept that serveral Arkham characters died and came back to life off-screen so it's whatever.I don't think so, when Harvey was disfigured by the acid his sanity plummeted, he went crazy because his face was that way, so trying to do surgery wouldn't work because of your madness.
Bro that's bonkers. I love it.I personally accept that serveral Arkham characters died and came back to life off-screen so it's whatever.
I've had the Riddler stories in my timeline on excel for years. I always go back and change my mind on the order though. I'm happy to see someone else's interpretation@UltimateWhovian7 I saw that you wanted to put the Riddler stories in the timeline too, well I try to do that, so I did a Timeline Document, I also added the Arkham Asylum trailer, Origins Mobile, the adaptation novel, the SS Prequel comic and Tried to make the main missions and side missions into a more reasonable way.
P.S. This document isn't being sent to undermine your work, I just want to help you with some of the placements, I'm sending it here cos In private conversations is hard to send documents, @Pro Bot can confirm as we had problems with that while we were working on the transformers cinematic universe.
Also sorry for the Italian in the document
5 main games? But there's only 4 main games.Doing this for fun, but the Arkhamverse is composed of
5 Main Games
65 Side Missions
3 Spin-off Games
1 Multiplayer Mode
29 DLCs
1 Film
142 Comics
2 Novels
3 Mobile Games
8 Trailers
Asylum5 main games? But there's only 4 main games.
Ooooh, I see.Asylum
City
Origins
Knight
Shadows
NOT CANON!! I refuse to accept it as such!Kill the Justice League.
It's counted as a Spin-Off game, with Origins Blackgate and VR.Kill the Justice League.
I'm certain this timeline considers everything canon, which I personally agree with. I just assume that off-screen events happen and characters are appropriately brought back to life and killed through mysterious means. It works for me.Is there an Arkham expanded universe timeline?
Assault on Arkham movie got condradicted by KTJL, and the Arkham Knight comics got condradicted by both the Arkham Knight game itself (Bane dead in comics, alive in game), and by KTJL (Captain Boomerang dead in comics, alive in game). However, the son of King Shark from the animated movie appears in the Arkham Knight comics. So, it can be said the animated movie share continuity with the Arkham Knight comics continuity.
A potential timeline could be like this:
*Arkham Origin
*Assault on Arkham
*Arkham Asylum
*Arkham City
*Arkham Knight comics
*Probably some of the events of the Arkham Knight game
This timeline would include the other comics besides the Arkham Knight ones and I guess at least some of the tie-in video games as well (apparently, Arkham Underworld references it).
I haven't yet read the Arkham Knight comic, nor have I watched the animated movie though.
Only thing it misses is the last arc from the Arkham Knight comics, I've included it in my documents.I'm certain this timeline considers everything canon, which I personally agree with. I just assume that off-screen events happen and characters are appropriately brought back to life and killed through mysterious means. It works for me.
Yes I've tried to include as much as possible. You will find with almost every single franchise that its extended media is contradictory or retconned by the main material at one point or another. So unless there's an insane contradiction, all media is included.I'm certain this timeline considers everything canon, which I personally agree with. I just assume that off-screen events happen and characters are appropriately brought back to life and killed through mysterious means. It works for me.
Oops.Only thing it misses is the last arc from the Arkham Knight comics, I've included it in my documents.
Didn't they say that the King Shark in KTJL was a relative of the King Shark seen in Assault on Arkham, or am I mistaken?I'm certain this timeline considers everything canon, which I personally agree with.
