Greg Lantern the Movie

Re: Green Lantern-the Movie

I was thinking about it, and if a Justice League movie was more plausible, I'd think the second movie would make for a cool Blackest Night adaptation. Though you'd probably need a green lantern movie focusing on the War of Light

Re: Green Lantern-the Movie

I think it might be fake. The characters look good, but I don't think they'd go with that that ring logo.

I don't think they were trying to imply that that poster is real. I assumed it was something a fan did and they just attached it for ****s and gigs.

Wasn't he also supposed to be Tony Stark's dad?

Aside from his age, I think Tim Robbins would play a pretty great Hector Hammond in general.

Re: Green Lantern-the Movie

Reynolds looks awesome as Hal. Can't wait for this, now.

The only thing I'm worried about is that the movie will be amazing but Campbell won't want to direct the sequel and they'll get another director (Read: Quantum of Solace < Casino Royale).

I don't think actors should cross-over to play in different comic movies as different characters. it just throws **** off. this might be an exception since the first one was marvel. but I still don't like it.

There's no law against it. It's no different than an actor playing different roles in his career.

What's the difference between Reynolds playing Deadpool/Hannibal King/Hal Jordan and Stallone playing Rocky/Rambo?

I mean, we could go even further and say what's the difference between this instance and a Marvel writer going to write for DC? Or even a Marvel writer for one title write another Marvel title? It's like saying Brubaker shouldn't have been allowed to write DD and Cap.
