From my understanding.
You got it, then after Flashpoint it's the Tuckerverse, followed by the Tomorrowverse. Both of which I consider Earth-1 still, just reset timelines. I also count Assault On Arkham, Vixen and The Ray as Earth-1. This is all very head-canon of me, but if one wanted to watch all of these in this order, I think it feels pretty cohesive.

A lot of those are specifically adaptations page-by-page or part of another multiverse entirely.
I disagree with having to fit too much in one continuity but to each is own.

It's all fiction. I say have fun with it. That's the joy of head-canon. If it can make sense, why not? I enjoy the challenge of putting them all together to see if it could work.

My head-canon is that sometime after 1986, nuclear disaster occurred.

If you look at my timeline site, you'll see that The Dark Knight Returns is my final chapter. I consider JL: The New Frontier to be a prequel to TDKR and there is a nuclear threat plotline that begins in that film and goes through to TDKR.

Edit: And yes, in my head-canon, Owlman found the original Earth that I consider Earth Prime, which is also seen in My Adventures With Superman.
isnt earth prime in crisis on two earth's just a timeline Earth is knocked out of it's orbit and enters a new ice age because of savage's plan from doom succeeding?

I didn't think there was any real continuity between those two films, but I'm open to it if that's the theory.

Usually DC does these as standalone films like Under the Red Hood or Superman: Unbound as a means to not adhere to a single art style or voice cast, from my understanding.

i generally put all the loosely connected ones in the order the arcs happened in the comics leading up to flashpoint, unless there's an overt contradiction, as my head canoned Earth 0 and then ahead of current releases i have my own imagined continuity combining as many releases as possible. i know it's not entirely accurate to established animated continuity but is fun to watch through

The standalone ones that aren't Elseworlds or set in already-established continuities?

If we're going that route, Superman/Batman's two films would have to be the latest in that pre-Flashpoint timeline due to Metallo's death and his previous animated film appearance (JL: Doom) being set in 2011.

Weirdly, you can't fit Super Sons in that time frame because Lex is President in it but Martha and Jonathan are dead prior to that film but alive in S/B: Apocalypse. So unless his impeachment failed, who knows...

EDIT: And different Jimmy Olsens. So I would lump Super Sons on another Earth.

We are in the same boat.

Chronological Order for "Standalone" titles:

2007-2011
????

Wonder Woman
Green Lantern: First Flight
Batman: The Killing Joke
Batman: Under the Red Hood
Superman: Doomsday
Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths

2011
????

Justice League: Doom

2011 - 2017
????

Superman/Batman: Public Enemies
Superman/Batman: Apocalypse
Superman: Unbound *(0:00:00 - 1:08:30)
Superman vs. The Elite
Superman: Unbound *(1:08:31 - 1:13:02)
* The city of Kandor is restored on a barren planet towards the end of Superman: Unbound. Since it's bottled up still in Superman vs. The Elite, that would have to take place prior to Unbound's ending.

Emerald Knights can't be in the same continuity as First Flight. Too many contradictions. I personally have them in two separate timelines.
