Are they keeping the language and violence from the comics? Because even I thought Millar was going a little too far with the blood and gore when I read #4 (where Hit-Girl and Big Daddy crush that mob guy without mercy).

And the girl who's playing Hit-Girl, Chloe Moretz, actually is around the age that Hit-Girl is supposed to be. Hit-Girl's about ten in the comics, and Moretz is eleven....

Five Kick-*** Set Videos Online


Five videos from the shooting of the Matthew Vaughn-directed Kick-*** in Toronto have turned up online. The clips feature Aaron Johnson and Christopher Mintz-Plasse sitting in a car dressed as superheroes. You can hear Vaughn's voice throughout the videos (the one with the British accent). The last video features a helicopter with a camera taking shots for the film.

Romita to direct animated sequence in movie.


In 2008, Romita is returned to Amazing Spider-Man. He is also collaborating once more with Mark Millar, for a creator-owned series, Kick-***, published by Marvel's Icon imprint. The Filming of the Movie: Kick-***, will being September of 2008. Romita will get his directorial debut by directing an animated flashback sequence in the film.

I asked this about a week ago, but I never got a reply; Does anyone know when issue five is (currently) supposed to come out?

(And yes, I do realize I'm in the wrong thread, but it seems people actually visit this one.)

According to several sites, (including the site bellow) you can see sneek peek of some footage of the upcoming movie at the Comic-Con in San Diego on the 23rd. Most likely someone will probably post a video of that footage on Youtube, Hulu, or even Putfile so keep your eyes open.

The first three clips were a little...underwhelming.

I mean, it's all taken directly from the book but it's not like the book has been a masterpiece anyways.

The last clip, though, is amazing.
