This looks really, really good. I was hoping to find a preview of this issue soon... As long as this issue doesn't take too long developing stuff, I think this will change a lot of your guys' minds about Ultimatum. Not that much crummy dialogue, although the biggest problem is it shouldn't have taken Loeb 8 pages to let us know that the New York and Eastern Europe has been decimated.
