Why would he be?
If he is "dead" and if he "comes back" it will likely be in full view of the rest of the team, and could involve one or all of them. I don't see a Skrull replacing him and I can't think of anything he would have been involved with recently that would hint at that. Unless you count his personality change during Morrison's run...but I thought Bendis specifically said to be wary of suspicious returns from death....?
