It was bad. Not just "not good," genuinely bad. I would drop it but I usually hate to do so in mid-arc. I even finished Loeb's Wolverine.

Anyway. . . yeah. teh suck

Who is everybody else's "educated guess" as the most likely writer to take over?

My ideal choice: Brian Wood (more on the strength of DEMO and Local; definitely not his forgettable run on GenerationX)

My suspicion: Robert Kirkman, or Chris Yost and Craig Kyle

Another possibility, but the one I want least: Daniel Way

Chris Yost and Craig Kyle could be great for this title.

Or they could kill off most of the team in mindless bloodshed...

But I prefer to be optimistic.

I sure wish I could read the next issue of Runaways before October. Any talk of delays not being Whedon's fault are officially bull.

It's not worth the wait at all. In fact, the wait will destroy this title.

Entirely why Whedon was a huge misstep. He had potential, granted, but...crap.

Vaughan needs to return. Desperately. Hopefully, he sees that.

As an strange side note, it has been a year, to the day, since Ice mentioned Runaways to me in an off-hand manner, and spawned what would prove to be his worst creation.

I love this damn book.

I'm not really familiar with Moore's work.

And I'm ok with Ramos. His work on the Runaways Saga issue that reviewed BKV's run was acceptable.
